         Please include your name, your pet's name, and the medication you wish to have refilled.  Refills can be picked up after 5pm the next business day.

         Please note:  we cannot refill medications for animals that we have not established a doctor/client/patient relationship with.

             Please include your name, your pet's name, a phone number if you are not currently a client, a preferred date, and a time block that would be convenient for you (e.g. morning, afternoon, evening).  We will contact you the same day or the following business day.  If you feel the matter is urgent, please call us directly at (303) 410-8522.
